Characters & Props

Modeling, Sculpting, Retopology, Texturing & Surfacing

Character modeling and texturing are the main focus of my work. I enjoy taking a character from its first shapes and basic anatomy through topology, UVs and final surface detail, always trying to keep the technical work in service of the character’s personality and original design.

My portfolio includes anatomy studies, stylized characters and realistic creatures, reflecting both the range of styles I can adapt to.
Each case study shows the process behind the asset, including technical challenges, workflows and production considerations.

Stylized Character Study — Realistic Materials

Modeling & Look Development

A stylized character study about translating a stylized 2D concept into 3D while keeping its personality and appeal. In this project, I focused on keeping the shapes exaggerated, but the materials and fabrics much more realistic.

Shark Hybrid Creature — Realistic Character Study

Creature Development & Visual Translation

Starting from a stylized concept, I developed this shark-crustacean hybrid into a more grounded character while trying to preserve the personality and shapes that made the original design interesting.

Zuri & Bea — Ramen for Two

Character Development for a Stylized Short Film

The protagonists of the film Ramen for Two, developed through sculpting, retopology, UVs and stylized lookdev, with particular attention to silhouette, facial shapes and the visual relationship between them.

Mia — Nowhere

Main Character Modeling for a Collaborative Short Film

This project was an opportunity to work from an established character direction and carry it consistently through the model, paying particular attention to facial shapes, stylization and the details that define her personality.

Human Anatomy Study — High Detail Characters

Functional Anatomy for Character Art

A long-form anatomy study that began with écorché and gradually moved towards naturalized bodies, facial anatomy, expression, age and individual variation.
